I absolutely love to hike! We don't do it often enough, but we always enjoy the exercise, scenery, and fresh air. We are so fortunate to live a short drive from Torrey Pines, which is world famous for its beautiful public golf course and spectacular views. The children are not exactly world class hikers yet, but I am determined to instill a love of hiking into their little souls.

I've hiked Torrey Pines a few times. Always awesome. My friend used to live in the area but has since moved to Cardiff by the Sea. lovely indeed. So awesome you're doing it with the kids.
Kudos! You know I love this. We drug our kids all through the Rockies and can't wait to discover California in the same way. Hiking backpacks are a must with kiddos.

So pretty! Ryan loved that hike when Darin and he took the kids...although he said he did feel like "MY Two Dad's" with he and Darin and the 3 munchkins!!
